Everyone looks at magazines or watches HGTV and wishes their kitchen looked like those they see on t.v. or on the glossy pages of the magazine. You may not be able to afford a $50,000 remodel before your listing pictures but there are some simple easy things to do to make your kitchen shine!
1. Clear off those counters & islands! Everything off except a few key decorative items.
2. Clean the refrigerator & dishwasher of all magnets and notes.
3. Get rid of the garbage cans. Hide them away in the closet until after the shoot.
4. Clean, clean, clean! The sink, the cabinets, the floor & the basboards.
5. Make sure all the lights are working. A bright clean kitchen attracts the buyers!
