Price list
Our pricing varies depending on the size of the property that you need photographed, and the services you need.
Our shot list includes front exteriors, rear exteriors, living room, dining room, kitchen, all bedrooms, all bathrooms, laundry room, finished basements and any other unique sales features as requested.
All packages include a seasonal reshoot. If your home is still on the market we will reshoot the exterior photos the next season for FREE!
Please Note: If we show up to the home and the appointment is then cancelled we do charge a $25 trip fee.
All payments due 7 days from the delivery date.
Note:
Dayton Home Photography retains all ownership and copyright to all images. The client is granted a license to use the images for the purpose of marketing the photographed property for the duration of the listing. No other use of the images is permitted.
