  • The house is clean and uncluttered.

  • All kitchen counters, bathroom counters and dressers are cleared off.

  • The lawn & landscaping is manicured.

  • There are no cars in the driveway and the garage door is down.

  • Every light in the house is turned on and blinds are open.
